These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations on the website “www.insieme-art.com” between the customer (hereinafter referred as “you”) and INSIEME art (also referred to as “us” or “we”). By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these terms and conditions.

INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION

The essential characteristics of the products are featured on the website (sizes, composition etc.). The photographs and any other information are not contractual, which the customer accepts. INSIEME art shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors that they may contain. Only the information on the product record is valid between the parties.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

PAYMENTS

The prices are indicated in Euros. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to your item, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe and PayPal, secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment.

DELIVERY

The delivery deadline for the products is specified in the delivery confirmation sent to the customer. INSIEME art shall do everything it can to ensure that the order is shipped within an average time of one (3) to five (7) working days following the date on which the customer confirmed the order. Your order will be sent DHL. The package will be posted to the address specified by the recipient.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are covered by a general fee.
Please note, if you are ordering from outside the EU, you may incur a higher charge, depending on your countries regulations.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to return unaltered items within 14 days of receipt. Customers are asked that all the items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact.
Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service, as INSIEME art cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
